• Fraud, scams, phishing, identity theft, social engineering, or other deceptive schemes
• Impersonation of any person, brand, or organization for harmful or deceptive purposes
• Content intended to manipulate elections or public opinion through fabricated media

3. Additional Prohibited Activities

You also may not:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of others
• Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt our infrastructure
• Harass, threaten, defame, or abuse others
• Use the Services to promote violence, terrorism, or illegal drugs
• Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or account restrictions
• Resell or redistribute the Services without our prior written consent

4. Customer Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for Customer Content you upload or generate. You represent that you have all rights and consents necessary to use such content with our Services, including any likenesses of individuals appearing in your materials.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations. If we determine that you have violated this AUP, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:

• Remove or disable access to offending content
• Suspend or permanently ban your account
• Deny refunds for any remaining subscription period
• Report activity to law enforcement or payment partners when appropriate
• Pursue other remedies available under law or our Terms of Service

6. Reporting Abuse

If you become aware of content or activity that violates this AUP, please report it immediately to support@veribuildstudio.com with relevant details and evidence.

7. Updates

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
